Suggested Use
Apply liberally on the face and neck prior to sun exposure. Some doctors recommend applying sun block the night before and again in the morning to build up a reservoir of sun protection in the skin. I love, LOVE, LOVE Devita! I am so happy to find their products. At first, some of the products seemed to lightly sting my sensitive skin but it quickly went away and hasn't happened since. After trying other products of theirs, my entire skin care regimen is now made up completely of Devita products - and I LOVE them ALL. Everyone always compliments my skin! Nuff said!

This is the first Devita product I have tried and I love it. I put it on in the morning, let it absorb for a couple minutes, and use a powder base on top so it does not look shiny. Smoothest facial SPF I have ever seen! We have skin cancer in the family and this product will be quick and easy for the whole family to use regularly on our faces. I think because it moisturizes so well, some fine lines have reduced also! The ingredients are the most natural with very few if any chemicals. You would pay alot more for Lancomb and they use so many chemicals. I am definately going to try some of their other products.

This lotion avoids synthetic fragrances, nano-ized ingredients, and parabens. The sunblock ingredient is one of the few that provides wide spectrum protection. The lotion rubs in nicely and is not greasy. I like it much better than all the other brands I've tried, including the super high-end expensive ones.

Fantastic moisturizer, lightweight and chemical free. I have slight rosacea and this does not affect it at all. I now only use this for a daily moisturizer.

excellent product that absorbs quickly w/o leaving an oil slick on the face. but the new packaging is aweful--the pump always stops working after a while, the glass bottle is very heavy, and there is 1.5 ounces less moisturizer. I much prefer the old vial where you easily and quickly scoop out what you need.

I LOVE the whole Devita line! I live in Las Vegas, so sun protection is serious business for me. I hated the thought of all of the chemicals I was absorbing, and after trying a few natural sunscreens that made me look like a ghost, and made me sweat like I was wearing a saran wrap mask, I had to try something else. I originally bought this at Whole Foods for a least twice as much. But, now that I found Lucky Vitamin and Devita, my life is complete!

I was so excited that my package arrived today 6/9/11 and I cleaned my face with a facial steamer, did a glycolic peel (an item i brought on here), toned, and used this moisturizer. My skin oiled back up after 30 minutes! I would not recommend this product for people with oily/acne prone skin, but it could be beneficial to people with combination skin. I am still on the search for a moisturizer that will help me rid myself of excess sebum.

DeVita....now the only sunscreen/moisturizer I will use. I LOVE this product! A light, non-greasy, penetrating (and NON stinky!) moisturizer and great sunscreen. All you have to do is read the list of ingredients....and you'll want to give it a try. Use it a few times and you'll be convinced. I've tried a lot of sunscreens and none provide the amazing benefits of DeVita. (And 'No"...I don't work for DeVita!)

This is the best moisturizer in the world!! No White film! Non Greasy! Does not cause break outs at all! It has actually made my skin better and softer. I have never burned so far, even after hours of sun exposure. Smells very nice too! And best of all ITS NATURAL AND NONTOXIC!! This is as good as it gets!

This smells and blends well. It hydrates my skin all day, doesn't feel or look greasy, and protects from the sun for up to 6 hours without reapplying. This is my second time purchasing. It lasts a really long time!

I am the sunscreen guru of my family, every Summer my mom reminds me to check out the EWG site and get the best ratings for safe sunscreens...this one still tops the list as one of the best! And, I have gotten my mom, and my aunt on the same page as me on using this sunscreen. It is light weight, not greasy, and it smells pretty darn good for a sunscreen. It is safe, effective and I will continue to buy this and the rest of this line as long as they make superb products. Btw, I have pretty oily skin and am prone to breakouts-proper cleansing routines and toning will help keep your face in check.

This sunscreen is light and non-greasy. However it burns my eyes every time I put it on, even when I didn't apply it around eye area. I have not used it long enough to see how effective it is but I have a feeling not to expect too much given it feels so light and almost non-existent on my face.

My absolute favorite sunscreen: it applies so easily without leaving ANY white chalky lines on skin (just like any face moisturizer other than a typical organic sunblock); it really blocks the sunburn (we used it for our Florida trip and didn't get any sunburn even though we were exposure to sun >10 hrs per day). What else you can expect for an excellent sunscreen?!

This is a wonderful sunscreen! It has no dangerous chemicals and very high quality skin-nourishing ingredients. It absorbs immediately and even though it is a mineral based sunblock (zinc), it leaves absolutely no white residue. Amazing! I highly recommend it.

If you want a chemical-free sunscreen that's actually good for your skin as well, and doesn't leave a ghostly white sheen, this is the one. It blends in completely and is perfect to wear either on its own or under makeup. You can use it in place of moisturizer. My HG sunscreen! Lightly moisturizing with non-whitening zinc SPF protection. This dries down to a soft matte finish and wears very well under makeup. A must have!

This SPF 30 moisturizer is a must for me.(Zinc oxide is the only ingredient i tolerate for sunscreen protection so i am very greatfull that i found Devita natural products). I love this product! It goes on easily, moisturizes just enough without feeling greasy, provides good sun protection, and does not contain any chemical sun blockers that irritate my skin. I have been using this product for about 10 months now, and it has become part of my everyday routine, rain or shine. It also blends well with a liquid foundation or liquid bronzer if needed.

I started using this year and absolutely love it. As my skin is dry it is not enough on it's own so I apply over my moisturizer. Have noticed with regular use that my skin tones are evening out. Scent free.

I love this brand. I have tried a few other natural products and they were too greasy feeling or didn't seem to do anything for my complexion. I had used another brand for years that I loved and worked wonders for my acne scarred and rosacea complexion, but it had toxins in it that I didn't like. I've been searching for a product that comes close to what it did but is still healthy for my skin and I found it in DeVita.

Ordered this product after reading EWG's review claiming DeVita is one of safest, most effective sunscreens on the market. It is great base under both mineral or liquid makeup and provides excellent protection from the sun. This leaves my combination type skin smooth and clear. The packaging has been improved, and is currently in a 2.5 oz tube that makes it more sanitary to use and convenient for travel. This facial sunscreen has become my holy grail, and I'm now using only the DeVita line for all my skin care products. Their sample or travel kits are a great deal and allow you to try most of their products before purchasing the larger size. Try them and you'll love them too!

one of the best moisturizer with SPF!!! tried so many brands for the past 10 years, this is one of the few of them that wouldn't leave you a "oily" feeling and weird scent. even my picky husband is using it for the day. no other brands can be better than this within this price range.

I've been looking for a moisturizer with sunscreen to wear on a daily basis for a long time and finally found one that I absolutely love. My skin is very sensitive and I don't like anything too thick or sticky. This has no chemical sunscreen or other irritating ingredients. It's nice and smooth, doesn't feel tacky at all, and doesn't leave a white residue. Once I put it on, it soaks in and I can hardly tell it's there. Yet it does the job moisturizing, even on my mature skin in the dry winter air. Love it!

This cream is great for any type of skin. It is light but keeps my dry skin moist for hours. During winter seasons my dry skin needs creams of much richer consistency. But this cream is perfect for summer time. It absorbs fast and all the ingredients are natural. I especially like the fact that the cream contains a natural sunscreen. This is a great quality cream for the price. I like most of DeVita products, especially the face scrub, cucumber toner, and serums.

I started using Devita after having a carcinoma removed from my right face. It received a great rating from ewg.org and other reviewers said it wasn't heavy - I can't stand heavy.
It's light, not oily or sticky, and lasts all day. There isn't any smell, either. Truly recommend.

This is a high-quality, nice sunblock and moisturizer combo. It is one of the best products out there to protect the skin from the sun's harmful UVB and UVA rays. Most sunscreens only protect against UVB rays, but this one highly protects against UVA rays with a high amount of zinc oxide. A HUGE plus is that it is non-whitening. Amazing product, as are all others by Devita.

I started using DeVita Solar Protective Moisturizer after learning more about the effectiveness and safety of sunscreen products from the Environmental Working Group. This sunscreen is highly rated and is a nice, mild facial moisturizer that seems to work well as a sunscreen.

This is the best sunscreen I've ever used. It glides on the skin and feels like a luxurious skin creme. Other sunscreens like this leave a white pastey film on the face. I have nothing but praise except for one problem...it's very expensive.

This is the most wonderful, daily moisturizing sunscreen on the market! I feel protected with the SPF 30 and my skin feels ultra hydrated. It soaks into your skin and feels light, and non greasy. Most daily sunscreens I've tried feel oily and heavy on my skin....not what I want in addition to make-up. Thank goodness Devita finally got it right!! Love it!

Smoothes and moisurizes skin very well. It is a little greasy so I have to blot my skin before applying makeup. I have oily acne prone skin and it doesn't break me out or irritate.

This is a very light weight lotion.... someone with oilier skin may have given 5 stars, but since I have combo/ sometimes sensitive, I have to layer on top of tamanu oil and shea butter so my skin doesn't feel too tight. This sunscreen has hyluronic acid in it which should help keep skin hydrated, but my combo skin still feels really tight from the aloe in the sunscreen. I would recommend only oilier skin types buy this, or for other skin types layer on top of a heavier moisturizer. I do appreciate the minimal use of ingrediants, so I keep using it.

This made my eyes sting and water the first time I used it- but it hasn't happened again since. I just make sure to use sparingly around the eye area so that it doesn't get IN my eyes at all. I have had no problem since and use it almost everyday.

I was skeptical of this SPF 30 product, as every one I've tried made me feel like I had encased my face in a plastic mask. I always felt like I was overheating. No more. I have used this DeVita in the hottest weather and it feels like I have regular moisturizer on. It's hard to believe that it's SPF 30. I'll keep checking it out and if my skin remains tanless, I'll continue to praise it. Otherwise, I'll report back!

I discovered this moisturizer about a year ago and it is great. It doesn't make my face feel greasy like most moisturizers with sunscreen. It is vegan, cruelty-free, scored a 1 on the Environmental Working Group website, and contains 19% zinc oxide which is recommended to best prevent sun damage. Each one lasts me 6 months with daily use. This is the first time I've purchased it from Lucky (best price I've found). Highly recommended!

As good as it gets! I'm a daily sunblock user-- THIS is the one. It's a full spectrum sunblock that looks and feels like a dewy moisturizer. I used doubt its block abilities because of this. I used to use this as my daily, less exposed days, and then use something more "serious" on real sun days. This summer I used it as my main block (reapplying regularly, and wearing hats etc.). Never burned, despite hours of direct sunlight. Lucky Vitamin has it cheapest I've ever seen it, which is great for me, b/c I'd buy it full price ($26ish). GOOD STUFF!

Too expensive to use as daily moisturizer and sunblock. I have looking for something that I could use on my face and arms and legs which is not too expensive.

This is the best facial sunscreen I have ever used, and I have used many, many! I use it every day as a moisturizer. It's not oily and is easily absorbed. It's ORGANIC! I love this product.

I am loving this product! It is the perfect lightweight moisturizer. Love that it has sunblock but doesn't feel greasy. An extra bonus is that a little goes a long way. I would definitely reccomend this product. It is a great value and a great product!

Sunscreen has always upset my skin, even the ones for sensitive skin. I ordered this because of the good reviews I saw online, and am so glad I did. It is so light but yet so moisturizing. I have been using this for almost eight weeks with absolutely no breakouts. It does not clog the pores on my face at all, and it is not shiny llike so many sunscreens. The look of this on your skin in quite elegant I highly recommend it. I have rosacea, and was strugglilng with cystic acne. Since I switched to this the cysts have gone away totally.

This is the best moisturizer with spf I've found. I have fair, sensitive skin that breaks out easily and I live in the desert. It absorbs quickly. I put it on in the morning before brushing my teeth and after brushing my skin is ready for makeup. I've never had a sunburn while wearing this, it is doing a good job of protecting my skin from the harsh sun where I live.

I love this daily moisturizer with sunscreen. Again, a truly effective sunscreen, and a moisturizer that is not greasy, and is easily absorbed. I have been using this for years, and will continue using it for many more.

This stuff is really great. I can not stand lotions, but the DeVita does not bug me at all. For those who bought this during the dark period where they put it in ridiculous class bottles, it is now in a very reasonable tube. I was worried as the box still looks the same on the site, but it is now good packaging.
Wholly recommend.

I've been using this product for years now and love it (obviously). I usually go back and forth with products, but not with this one. Can't beat the price and the natural ingredients.The SPF is strong and keeps my skin safe even in the burning Arizona sun.

I really was surprised at how well this sun block works. I can apply it sparingly, and yet I still could work outside in direct sun without any burning. It is comfortable to wear---very non-greasy---and there is no smell. My dermatologist recommended it, and also recommended Lucky Vitamin as a source for it, and she was right on both counts.
