This is a really good probiotic for 'on the go', ei travel, when you don't have to have it refrigerated, as in the really great Healthy Trinity, when you need the 'big guns'.
But the pearls are entirely adequate, and helped me immensly after an antibiotic-caused 'stomach flu'.

I use one of these every day as do several in my family. This is a great maintenance for health supplement. It is easy to dispense & swallow (small & round) & doesn't have to be refrigerated like a lot of other probiotics. I use this to combat the internal yeast overgrowth I sometimes have, especially if I drink too much juice.

I am taking this for regularity and it is working perfectly, I am very happy with how it started working the next day after the first use. It is a tiny pill that is way easier than bulk fiber, stimulant tea or other larger fiber capsules that you may need to take 3 or more per dose. I will continue to use it and I highly recommend this product.
