I have researched "GREEN SUPERFOOD" supplements for over a year and I haven't found anything with the incredible list of ingredients that this product has in it! I am about 3/4's through a bottle that me and my wife have been sharing and this product delivers! Instant energy boost if you take 2 first thing in the morning with breakfast! Have noticed major increase in helping with food digestion,bowl movements and keeping system alkaline! A noted bonus is if you suffer from ACID REFLUX or INDIGESTION this product will help counter the acidity in your stomach! I am definitely going to re-order this product and continue to take it regularly! Be sure and take the recommended dosage of 8 capsules per day! I am sure that you could increase that if you wanted to after a month or two of taking the product! You can't take to much "GREEN SUPERFOOD"!

BEST super greens EVER! And the best part is I don't have to drink it!
I can't get over how much energy I have taking these - it's the good kind of energy - not the caffeine jittery kind that makes you crash. Also, my joints are feeling better since I've been taking these greens.
Personally I take 3 servings per day - and never after 1pm. I have found if I take them after 1pm then I can't sleep. I take 8 capsules (=1 serving) upon waking, another 8 after breakfast
