I purchased this prenatal while breastfeeding on a Total Elimination Diet (see Dr. Sears site). I was so happy to know that all of my diet efforts (for a baby with severe allergies) would not be ruined by a vitamin with junk in it! 2 different dieticians neglected to share this valuable information with me - one even suggested Flinstones chewables! Although this didn't taste great, its just a pill and I was at peace knowing that it was completely natural.

I like this prenatal vitamin because of it's comprehensiveness and the fact that it's sourced from Organic veggies.
If we are what we eat, the same holds true for our babies. Their cells/ organs/ bodies can only be built with what I, as a mom to be, put into my system.
This product is easy on the stomach and I feel that it's well worth the money vs. taking the prescription horsepills that smell off all the artificial B Vitamins. And it's gluten free...couldn't ask for more. I'll stick with this product even post-pregnancy while nursing.

Many people dont know that the body does not absorb hardly any of the synthetic vitamins that are in regular vitamin supps such as One-A-Day brand. This vitamin on the other hand is whole foods based, so your body recognizes and absorbs its nutrients. It also did not cause morning sickness for me like other prenatals have. This is an excellent vitamin.
Sometimes it is cheaper on Amazon.com is all I can say that is negative:)

The product description says that the iron in this vitamin is easy to digest and is not constipating. So far, I've found that to be true. The ginger flavor is nice for my stomach, too. The vitamin profile is one of the best I've found, and I've shopped around.

The ingredients in this product make it one of the best I find on the market. Its hard to find a prenatal that does´nt use fillers and has not only minerals and herbs but also all the ABC´s you need while pregnant. A little pricy but all in all its one of the best prenatals I think they make.

This product is fabulous! I've taken other multi-pre/postnatal vitamins before, but this specific blend has everything. I love that it's completely natural.
