I love this for my husband, and I use the women's for myself. They are really great and don't bother my stomach even when I take it without food.

My husband takes these, but his stomach is very sensitive to any kinds of vitamins, and seems like with these it upsets his stomach off and on. I think because of so many veggies and fruits in it, he usually doesn't eat any. So for those of you who is very sensitive this might not be the best product.

My husband said this vitamins upset his stomach, he stops taking it. He has stomach problems. I started taking it myself so that this product will not be waisted. it gives me bloatiness since this vitamin has brewers yeast in it. It didn't give me energy either.
