I love Garden of Life products. Jordan Ruban's Maker's Diet saved my life (I also have Crohns). His Raw line is excellent, and I really love his Raw One's. I think he should work on making all of his products Raw One's! : )

I have struggled for years to find a multi-vitamin that did not upset my stomach. In search of another brand to try, I found Garden of Life's RAW ONE. It does not upset my stomach, I feel great and I only have to take one a day!

This is my vitamin for life. I love the wholesome ingredients and that's it's a 1 a day vitamin. Highly recommended!

Best multi for the money. It is capsule form with quality ingredients and the serving size is one daily which is hard to find with the capsules. Many times the serving size is 2 to 4 daily.

I have tried many different vitamins. What I like best about
Code RAW vitamins is a get all the pure daily nutrients without all the fillers and additives.

I love that this has so many great things in it as well as some probiotics and all I have to do is take ONE a day!! I've only been taking this about a week or two and I haven't noticed any changes in myself, so I don't know if the 'raw' makes much of a difference for me. If I don't notice anything by the end of the bottle, I may just buy the Super Nutrition brand (Simply One Women) I found on here that's cheaper and has more mg of the same vitamins, although it does not contain probiotics.

I think I must have a food intolerance to one or more ingredients in these vitamins. I've taken various multis and was looking for one that didn't have too high of a percentage of vitamins (since overall I already eat pretty healthy but need more of a few) and looking into the product it looked good. Since taking it I've had more headaches, and migraines, and I notice sometimes I felt nausea a little after taking it and my immune system seemed to drop.I think that the one downside of food based vitamins is if you have a sensitivity to an ingredient, now if only I knew what it was.
