Suggested Use

K-2 is so important to health, and Good 'N Natural gets the job done!

Avoided this for years because I'm leary of fat soluable vitamins outside of a multi vitamin. Supplementation was recommended by my naturopath since I have low bone density for my age group, and I have refused to take calcium since the initial contra-indications found in a study over a year ago (since reconfirmed). So far no adverse side effects, but will not know until future bone density testing if it is helping.
