I use this oil to add vitamin E to my hair care products. Although its small a little goes a long way which makes the price and size unbeatable. It helps to improve circulation in the scalp, increased circulation in the scalp is beneficial for hair health and growth. Vitamin E applied topically can make hair lustrous and bouncy, as well as prevent breakage.
