This stuff is great, I like it better then just the regular L-Carnitine, I feel a little more energetic and, as far as helping with the fat burning (which is the man reason I take it) i don't notice a huge difference but I never have with any other brand either i've just been told that it helps and its all natural so it cant hurt.

This product is awesome. I bought it to help with my energy, because with a pt job and 2 young kids, in the afternoon I start to fizzle. I have to get up a lot at night for one child too. Now, I feel energized, happy, confident, I even think more clearly! I gave it to my dad and he is so much happier, more engaging and doesn't have to pause to search for the right words anymore. Awesome product!!

I vary the products that I use but it is very good and Jarrow is always quality.

I used to take this in an all-in-one Jarrow Co-Q10/Carnitine product, but it is best to take this separately, with some B6 for maximum absorption.
