This is a very dense and delicious cookie, and it makes sense that one cookie equals two servings. Naturally, since this is a vegan product, there's no lovely buttery flavor (don't be disappointed) but I didn't miss that much.

Luscious Lemon poppy seed is my second favorite cookie from Alternative Baking Company. What can I say? For something with no egg or dairy, it tastes really good! Plus, I like that it remains fairly moist after being in the freezer.
