Jery Cochern has been involved in the natural health movement for over 30 years. In 1978, he joined a team of nutritionists to introduce spirulina, one of Nature's most wondrous whole foods, to this country. In 1979, he became national sales manager for AquaCulture Nutrition products, conducting educational seminars which made "green foods" a household word in the health food industry.

In 1980, Mr. Cochern left AquaCulture to found Rainbow Light Trading Company.
