I found this at a naturals store in Pensacola. I had been fighting psoriasis in my scalp for months. I had gone through two or more bottles of tar shampoo with NO results. Though leery, I was desperate. After a few shampoos with this product, leaving the second lather in for several minutes before rinsing, the worse case of psoriasis I have ever known began to go. I still have enough for about 2 more shampoos and the psoriasis is gone, except for one tiny patch that is not even bothersome. I really like this product. I do hope they do not ever make it "new and improved."
