This brand is an excellent cookie liner. Very lightweight, very easy to clean. I roll pizzas out on it and then bake on it and the crust is crispy. I use the liners for cookies and no more burned bottoms. I just bought 8 and will buy 8 more for gifts before Christmas. It is a great gift for experienced or inexperienced bakers!

As a former chef and caterer, I found that these sheets are every bit as good as the thick, expensive sheets you find at most cooking supply shops. They are quite reasonable in price, so I cut some of them in shapes to fit nicely in my favorite pans, they store nicely ( store them all in one mailing tube) and I have some I have used for years. One caveat: Don't leave one on the bottom of a cake or whatever, and cut it for serving. That's how I had to spend quite a lot of time to find this website so I could get replacements!
