Suggested Use
Blend 2 rounded tablespoons of MLO Vegetable Protein with 2 cups (16 oz.) of soy milk or add to your favorite beverage. For best results mix with an electric blender. Add Vegetable Protein to cereal, salads, and during cooking or baking.

I have been observing a vegan diet for almost nine years and this is the only protein supplement I have ever used. I love it because it does not have a bad taste and you can put it on food or mix it into drinks. It has seventeen grams of protein and only one gram of fat. I really owe the people at MLO a lot because it is really hard to meet protein requirements when you are a vegan, and this vegan vegetable protein helps me get there!

We mix this with other vegan proteins for more substance. Very neutral flavor. Not very good by itself but great if you want to create the flavors with something else like banana, peanut butter, berries, etc.
