This jump rope is great! It gives you a complete workout without the expense of a gym membership. The one pound weight handles helps tone your body and contributes to your calorie loss as well. I'm glad I purchased it, especially for the low price. Another plus, you can carry it anywhere, it's light and therefore you never have an excuse for a 12 minute workout. Now when I want a piece of turtle cheesecake, I don't feel guility. I just grab my rope afterwards or the next morning to burn those calories.
