I am 53 and I have been taking this for several years now. I have a highly technical banking job where I have to rely on my memory and concentration non-stop. I began noticing that I would just forget things that I had never had an issue with in the past along with transposing numbers which had never been an issue. After there was a pattern to both issues I began to do research to see if there was a legitimate supplement that would help. I found this and began taking 1 pill each morning. Both issues with memory and transposing of numbers were corrected after a few weeks. Years later I'm still taking this brand and product. I could not do the work I do without this supplement. I have increased to 1 in am and 1 in pm. Highly recommend this product!!!!

As someone who has responded poorly to traditional anti-depressants and also wants a brain-boosting motivational enhancer, this is a good product. For some reason Ginko made me feel panicky but this gives a nice gentle lift of mood and energy without making the heart race. Some take it with choline but I was able to tolerate well without.
