OUR FOUNDER, ADOLF VIKTOR OLSSON WAS BORN ON THE FAMILY'S FARM OUTSIDE OF LYSEKIL IN BOHUSLÄN IN SWEDEN IN OCTOBER, 1897. HE WAS THE YOUNGEST OF 14 CHILDREN, AND THE FAMILY WAS DEEPLY INVOLVED WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THE LOCAL FOOD BUSINESS; FARMING, FISHING, PACKING, ETC. ADOLF OLSSON EMIGRATED TO AMERICA IN 1926 AND SETTLED IN BROOKLYN, NEW YORK WITH HIS WIFE, RAGNHILD. HE SOON BEGAN IMPORTING SWEDISH FOODSTUFFS FROM HIS BROTHERS, AND SOLD THEM DOOR-TO-DOOR. A. V. OLSSON TRADING CO. IS A FAMILY BUSINESS OWNED AND RUN BY THE OLSSON FAMILY. ADOLF'S SON, LENNART JOINED HIS FATHER IN THE BUSINESS IN 1954, AND THEN HIS SON, KENNETH, JOINED HIS FATHER AND GRANDFATHER IN 1979. IN THIS REGARD, A. V. OLSSON TRADING CO. I started using this product a couple of years ago when my daughter was working at a cooking school and she brought it home for me to try. I use it ALL the time! Especially when I'm in a hurry and I don't want to chance the brownies or the puff pastry is going to stick to the pan. Seriously, this parchment paper makes baking a so much easier!

We bake everything in the oven with this parchment paper, including meats. It has saved our pans so much extra wear and tear, and I don't use spray oils any more, no need to.

Works great. Food doesn't stick, I use it all the time. Good price.

I wasn't sure how I would like this product. I love it!! It is lighter weight at first glance but it functions beyond my expectations. It is strong holding up to light misting of oil to release and still tucks into the pan without bulging. I will order more.

We use parchment paper all the time, love the NO CHEMICALS!

Use for grilling pizza on a pizza stone (makes transfer easier) and baking high-hydration rustic breads (again, transfer to oven is easier).

Best parchment paper out there - no toxic ingredients to worry about; re-usable for multiple or large cookie batches. Doesn't burn. Can't say enough good things. Been using this brand for years and hopefully years to come!!!
