Given the deficient diet of the average American, everyone should be taking omega-3 fish oils.
The primary protective components of fish oils are two long chain, high polysaturated fatty acids called Eicosapentaenoic Acid [EPA] and Docosahexaenoic Acid [DHA]. Numerous studies demonstrate that EPA and DHA support blood pressure and triglyceride levels. Current studies demonstrate omega-3 fish oils ability to increase mental alertness and fight depression.
Olympian Labs' Omega-3 Fish Oils are obtained fish found in cold, deep water. These fish provide more of the omega-3 factors (fatty acids) than other fish. One serving of Olympian Labs' Omega-3 Fish Oils provide 360 mg of EPA and 240 mg of DHA omega-3 fatty acids.
Olympian Labs' Omega-3 Fish Oils are free from detectable amounts of lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium, PCB's, dioxins and pesticides, and do not contain trans fatty acids.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take two softgels, one to two times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

My husband takes large quantities of these to alleviate aches and pains, especially in his back. He notices a dramatic difference with these, and not so much with other brands he has tried.
