When the Indian sub-continent hit Asia, the ocean floor started to rise and created a huge salt lake. Eventually this salt lake evaporated and formed the salt layers in the Salt Range in India and Pakistan. Suggested Use
Dissolve 1/2 cup of bath salt in tub with warm running water. Relax for 15-20 minutes. Rinse.

I have tried many bath salts over the years, but this is the first time in a long time that I actually felt something. It relaxes while detoxifying, and the scent is wonderful.

This product makes for a very relaxing soak and my skin is softer.

I usually use epsom salts in my bath twice a month. i was surprised to find these crystals help my muscles to relax even more than the epsom.
