Suggested Use
To find your L14 (Hoku) point, flatten your hand. Move your thumb as close
To the side of your hand. This will create a raised area on your
hand. Locate the center position. The L14 (Hoku) point is located directly below
this area.
Next put your thumb through the provided slot with the buckle in the palm
And stimulus button on the top of your hand. Lace the strap through the buckle
And pull it until medium tight. Find a comfortable setting that DOES NOT shut
off the blood flow to your hand. Watch your hand at first to make certain it
doesn't turn red. Feel it to make certain it isn't to cold. If either of these occur,
your anti-headache band is too tight, LOOSEN IT. Your goal will be to find the loosest
setting that still allows the L14 (Hoku) point to be effective, Lock the
strap by depressing the hook Strip into the loop pile. Adjust the stimulus button
along the strap until it is located on the L14 (Hoku) point.
Press down and rock the stimulus button back and forth. If you search and
can"t locate it, try the other hand or use more pressure. You will feel a slight
twinge, This will confirm the correct local ion. The first time you locate it, mark
the spot.
