This product is a life saver for me. I have been using it for five years and as I work on the computer I can burn out and need mind and energy uplift. A few drops of Total B does it
I start the day with it and often use it midday for reup. Mind comes right back to full focus while multitasking. Have recommended it to a dozen people.

The taste is bad. Having to take 3 times a day and I have not notieced any difference in my over all health.

I actually really like the taste. Kind of like a sour (tiny bit bitter) sour patch flavor. I do notice my energy level has been up. I would recommend it to others.
