wow...look up "Allantoin". i don't think i like anything from urine (real or synthetic) on my lips.

A little heavy on the lips. Good protection if you are going to be outdoors for long periods of time.

I started using Lip Trip while living in Colorado over ten years ago and have never found another product that works as well to prevent chapped lips. It goes on smoothly, lasts a long time, and has almost no taste, which I love. I carry one in my purse and keep another next to my bed at all times. My only issue is that it can be hard to find. Many companies carry Skin Trip but nit the lip balm.

For some reason, it is hard to spread - maybe the cold weather?? Nothing wrong with it, just does not go on easily.

I just cannot find a better lip balm that lasts as long and keeps the lips from chapping.

Very effective, protective lip treatment. It is stiffer than most lip sticks, but works very well. Apply slowly to help it warm as you apply it. About the ingredients, I wrote to Mountain Ocean about the source of their allentoin after reading an ignorant review of this product (and before I ordered mine). The company wrote to say they use allentoin from comfrey (a plant). I wanted to clear that up because the other review of this product brought unnecessary negativity to the table, and my experience with Mountain Ocean products has been highly positive.
