This is great! I used the Diet Minder when I was diagnosed with SEVERE allergies. (I'm talking 99 out of the 144 things they tested for.) I had to be careful what I ate, make sure I got enough calories, and so forth. This HealthMinder was even better. I could record what I ate and pertinent info about it PLUS keep track of how I felt. I am on my 7th one and it's really useful to look back at patterns of what did and didn't work. My doctor really liked it too.
