I recommend this product!
I've been using this product for about a year. My father (born in 1897) told me about it when I was very young. He lived in a generation as a child where there were no antibiotic drugs. His grandparents raised him and this elderberry extract was a part of the regiment of keeping health.
I can personally attest to the fact that it is VERY effective against flu, respiratory infections, etc. I was in Mexico when the swine flu started. Everyone in my family got it except me. I was taking Sambucol about two or three times a week for immunity.
If you take it starting with the first "scratch" throat, the sickness will never develop into full-blown. I give my grandchildren a teaspoon twice a week just for their immunity. They haven't been sick since I started giving it to them.
It's natural. It can't hurt you, so why not?

I recommend this product!
This product along with Umcka ColdCare was suggested by a food scientist friend to be taken as soon as possible at the onslaught of a cold or sinus infection. I began taking both products several times a day as soon as the sore throat and congestion symptoms started. The results were amazing. As I’ve read, the sinus virus I had can linger for 3-4 weeks and within two days I was feeling much better. I continued using both until the 4 oz. of each were gone. I did continue to have a slight cough periodically but I was back on my feet doing my regular activities. I will always have Umcka and Sambucol readily available in my home.
