In my opinion, this is not good value for money. The top ingredients are tomatoes, carrots, apple pectin, acerola and watermelon seed. I would recommend Red lightning instead. The top ingredients are goji berries, acai and Pomegranate. That is a far better value.

I used Reds Today between meals as a supplement to my diet which lacked enough fruit and vegetables for the day. I wasn't happy with the taste because it has an overpowering acidic tomato flavor. I would rather have a more fruity / berry flavor leaning more toward the sweet side.
