Suggested Use
Place plastic side of holder against saturated wool or cotton flannel that is placed on desired body area centering pack between the flaps. Secure with straps and place heating pad inside pouch of holder. Adjust heat setting as necessary. Hand wash only with mild soap and water. Plastic may be cleansed with solution of baking soda if desired.

With the strap, I can now put the castor oil pack on during the day and night for hours at a time providing me with flexibility and movement. Prices were a deciding factor in this purchase and the convenience of online shopping with delivery to my door in Canada.

This pack holder has a pocket for a regular size heating pad. The straps hold a castor pack against your skin with the heating pad protected by the pocket. I keep it folded with the oil side in when not in use and just open it up, put on the castor oil pack with holder containing heating pad strapped on to hold castor oil pack in place. Keeps the mess to a minimum.
