Fish Oil and Cod Liver Oil (EPA & DHA)
Oil from fish contains eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA); both are omega-3 fatty acids.
Where is it found?
EPA and DHA are found in mackerel, salmon, herring, sardines, sablefish (black cod), anchovies, albacore tuna, and wild game. Cod liver oil contains large amounts of EPA and DHA. Fish oil supplements typically contain 18% EPA and 12% DHA, though more purified (i.e., higher in EPA and DHA) fish oil supplements are sometimes available. In addition, DHA is available in a supplement that does not contain significant amounts of EPA.

I've tried several different types of Omega-3 vitamins in search of one that doesn't taste fishy. The Nutrition Now Omega-3 vitamin is about the best I've found so far in terms of taste and ease of digestion. There is an ever so slight off taste (guess it's the fish oil) but not so much so that it deters me from using this product.

Swallowing pills can be so tedious. These gummies look like they might be sour because of the sugar coating, but they aren't. There is not after taste, but they do taste a tiny bit weird (fish oil?) I started chewing them up with some other gummy vitamins and can't taste the weird taste at all now. Totally worth it to not have to take fish oil pills.

This tasted horrible! I threw it away. It tasted like fish.

The taste of these is not great. But still alot easier than swallowing horse pills.
