Suggested Use

Okay, to start I have long, fine, flat, straight hair with dry, brittle ends. I ordered this after reading about the expensive Brazilian keratin treatments that make your hair really glossy. I figured that maybe a shampoo containing keratin would work in a similar way for my split ends. I wasn't expecting a huge miracle, and it did help a little to start. The problem came after repeated use. My hair became more brittle, and I had a bazillion more split ends that weren't there before. I read somewhere that too much protein/keratin can cause breakage, and perhaps that is what happened. I gave it a two instead of a one because when it's still a decent conditioner when used occasionally.

My hair feels more coarse than usual after using this conditioner. I have used it only few times and I do not feel like using it at all since I do not see any benefit but makes my hair coarse!

i have used this product for 36 years and won't change. not only does it keep my hair soft and undamaged (so says my beautician), but it is sulfa-free, which means those with sulfa allergies can use it.

We're going on our 35th year of using Mill Creek Keratin Conditioner (and Keratin Shampoo) exclusively. It's not that easy to find in stores, and Lucky Vitamin has it at a great price. Mill Creek Keratin is absolutely the best: very light pleasant scent that goes away, creamy, very thick, leaves frazzled dry hair feeling silky.
