As far as I am concerned, this is the best multi vitamin you can buy. I can tell a Huge difference when I take it. I have a lot more energy.

The Vitamin Code multi is the best I've ever used or seen, at least in general and for my body type. I used to manage in a large supplement store, and never has anything better for me come my way. The extra B-vitamins make a big difference in energy for workouts, and the extra chromium is essential for fat-burning. We in the mid-west are typically deficient already, so I'm glad GOL included it. With this multi, I can rest assured that my body is receiving and assimilating what it needs in the way it needs.
It's also great that it comes in a capsule. One reason is that my smaller children can mix one capsule daily in with food, and I know they are getting a way better supplement than the average chewable.
