I bruise easily and this works well to keep the bruising under control. Bruise does not last as long.

I have used this cream for about a year. I am in my 70's and have spider veins in my legs and ankles. I use this just once a day, I have missed some days, and have seen some results. Some of the veins have actually gone away and others have diminished. If used 2x a day, as suggested, and on younger legs I'm sure that this will work for you. It does last a long time.
