Suggested Use
Add one scoop (scoop included in can) of Fruitein Rainbow powder to 6 fl oz of water and mix in blender or shake until smooth. For those who prefer a thicker, richer shake, Fruitein Rainbow may also be mixed with 8 fl oz of milk. For best results, water or milk should be very cold. Warnings

Best mutlivitamin, protein supplement, meal replacement, all rolled into one on the market! Taste is fabulous! I mix with half oj, half water, & some frozen strawberries... it's the bomb!!

The extra sweet flavor surprised me at first but now I think of it like a dessert. Makes a great lunch for me. Fills me up with out the over full feeling. Good product.
