Suggested Use
Add packet content to a 6 fl. oz. of water and mix in blender or shake until smooth. For those who prefer a thicker, richer shake, Fruitein Rainbow may also be mixed with 8 oz. of milk. For best results, water or milk should be very cold. Warnings

I was pleasantly surprised. It tastes great! I've tried many protein shakes and this by far the best. Blended mine with a few frozen strawberries, 4 oz of water and 4 oz of pineapple juice and it is pretty darn good. I am sure that I'd like it blended with just water. I am going to buy a 1lb canister of this soon!
