Suggested Use
Check that the tube seal is not broken before first use. Pierce tube seal with point in top of cap before first use. Apply gently to problem area as required.

This is the best arnica cream on the market bar none!

This does appear to be the best topical arnica product on the market, as another reviewer said. I'd learned about it from a Canadian friend, and have found it AMAZING on bruises. Also, in my experience hunting in naturist-type stores, as well as online, the competitors' tend not to say just how much arnica montana is in the product, and a couple of those pigs-in-a-poke didn't work so well as Nelsons.

I first got this for a bruise I had but my husband used for pain in his back and legs. It is like a miracle the way it eases pain and helps him not to take as much pain medication. ALSO it is great for bruises.
