Suggested Use
Shake well before use. Adults and children 12 or older: After brushing with toothpaste, giorously swish with 10ml (1/3 ounce) once a day for 60 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Children 6-12 years old: Supervise use and instruct in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing) Children under 6: Consult a doctor or dentist.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center. Do not use if the safety seal is missing or borken. This rinse is not intended to replace brushing or flossing.

I recommend this product!
I love this product! As a Dental Assistant and Dental Hygiene student, I am very particular about what oral hygiene products I use. Its gentle, doesn't burn (since there's no alcohol), and has a higher concentration of fluoride than many of the popular brands (like Listerine)! It also has a wonderful, mild flavor.

I recommend this product!
Dentist said I needed a fluoride mouthwash so I found this by using Cosmetics Database - it was one of the healthier mouthwash products. I have tried several different mouthwash-fluoride combos and this one is by far the best. Tastes really good and leaves mouth fresh

My dental checkups were turning up too many cavities, so I added the Natural Dentist Fluoride Rinse to my daily regimen, and it does work.
