I've been enjoying this very same original bar for literally decades. That pretty much says it all.

For the price, this is about the most efficient protein supply you can get. I eat a bar in the morning and it keeps me more or less full until lunch. I wish they really tasted like Tiger's Milk, which I love, but they taste and chew like any old soy-based high protein bar. Still, I have been through a bunch of options and these are acceptable as a meal replacement. If you want a better tasting, better textured inexpensive bar, try Clif. Per gram of protein you pay about as much, but the cost per bar is 50% less for Tiger's Milk.
