Get Regulars complete formula also includes Organic Peppermint to help speed digestion; Organic Licorice to soothe and coat the bowels, allowing for easier movement; Triphala, a blend of three herbal berries (Amla, Bibhitaki, and Haritaki Fruits), which has been used in Ayurvedic recipes for thousands of years, to tone and rejuvenate the eliminative functions; and Yellow Dock and Organic Dandelion to help the liver to release more bile, assisting in the bowel urge. Get Regular tea usually produces a comfortable bowel movement in six to eight hours.
Suggested Use
For best tea infusion, pour 8 oz boiling water over one Get Regular tea bag and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag to fully release the active ingredients. For best results, drink 1 cup before bedtime. Repeat the next day if needed, not to exceed 4 cups in 24 hours. Not for long-term use in excess of 8 to 10 days. Not recommended for children less than 12 years of age. Warning: This product contains Senna Leaf. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

The line of Yogi teas are really good. I was taking a medicine that had me looking for some relief. I am not a fan of over the counter medications. I drank a cup or two of this during the day. It tastes wonderful, with hints of mint and chamomile. No side effects at all and very subtle. Probably won't help much if you are already severely constipated.

Love the taste of this tea. The only draw back is that after using it for a while you have to double up on the bags to get the elimination effect. You build up a sort of tolerance to the ingredients really fast.

Tastes great and VERY effective, although I cannot drink it before bed as the box advises because it wakes me up when it begins to "work".

It works, so follow directions and drink only 1 cup in 10-12 hours until you know how it will affect you. I started with 2 cups over 8 hrs. and it was too much; worked too well!!! So, don't over do it.

Get regular tea is my way of revving up an otherwise sluggish system due to a necessary anti seizure medication. Although I eat a balanced diet including 2 or more apples a day, I use this tea at night once or twice a week as needed.
