Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, for best results, take one serving upon awakening in the morning in place of coffee. Maximum 2 servings per day. Simply add 4 tablespoons to 8 fluid ounces of cold water. Stir and serve. It may also be mixed for 10 seconds in a blender with crushed ice.

I have chronic fatigue syndrome. This "cocktail" enables me to feel 'alive' in the morning and through out the day. It does not make you feel jittery or nervous like caffeine might. It is an excellant nutritional source that I have found to help me maintain a normal standard of life with the dibilitating symptoms of my condition.
