VegLife 100% Vegan Supplements began in 1992 as a product line within the Solaray brand. The goal was to create a line of products that would be suitable for strict vegetarians who prefer not to consume products that include any animal-derived ingredients, including gelatin capsules.

Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement for children under 4 years of age, take one chewable daily. For children over 4 years of age, take two chewables daily. WarningsAccidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of the reach of children. My kids take this vitamin every day. We searched high and low for an affordable vitamin that would also be food-based and fill in their nutritional supplement needs around their current food plan. This vitamin met all those needs. They take it without complaint, so it must taste okay too!

Very easy for a child to chew. My son is 3 will all his teeth and he does fine with them. I thought we would have a problem as he was used to the gumi vitamins but he likes these. He said they taste liike candy. I would highly recommend this.
