Suggested Use
Adults and children 50 lbs and over, take 2 to 4 capsules daily for 4 to 6 weeks, or as directed by a physician. Thereafter, take 1 to 2 capsules daily, or as directed by a physician. Children under 50 lbs take 2 capsules daily, (1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) for 30-45 days and evaluate effectiveness. If you are not getting the desired results you can increase this dosage to 2 capsules in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. WarningsIf you are pregnant, nursing or if conditions persist or worsen, consult a physician. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. Do not take within 3 hours of attempting to sleep.
