Suggested Use
Take two (2) capsules with food three times per day during pregnancy and lactation, or as directed by your physician. WarningsAccidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
Maternal Symmetry contains Vitamin K, which interferes with the prescription drugs Coumadin and Warfarin. Do not take Maternal Symmetry if taking either of these drugs.
Keep in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.

These absorb very well into my system. I can tell they work - you can feel the energy difference. I take an iron supplement along with them because I have a tendency to be anemic. The only drawback is, if you aren't the best at taking vitamins, you have to take 6 daily to get the proper dosage. I usually would take 2 with each meal and it worked fine. highly recommend!
