Suggested Use
Add 1 scoop (23 g) of rice protein powder to 8 oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage, then mix, shake (15 seconds) or blend in blender. May also blend with a banana and/or your choice of fruit for optimum flavor and shake consistency. Create your own flavor sensation with fruit juice, soy or rice beverage, fresh or frozen fruit, or your favorite sweetener. Excellent in cooking, baking or desserts to increase protein content. I have tried several different brands of rice protein and this was the first one that had "rice starch" in the ingridient. I was not sure how that will be, but gave it a shot. Unfortunately, compared to other brand rice proteins, this one was odd, not smooth like others but rather starchy. (it is a smooth formula, but does not have the creamy smoothness). The flavor was not as good either. It does not have the rice nutty taste, which I liked from others.
Overall, this is not like something with unacceptable taste or anything, but was not satisfying.

The best protein I've found for the money. Perfect for first thing in the morning or a light snack.

Good tasting source of high-quality and inexpensive protein. I use this in my smoothies. The only concern I have with it is that it has a slightly higher proportion of carbs than other brands.
