Suggested Use
Add 3 heaping tablespoons (26g) of powder to 8 oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage and mix, shake or blend in a blender. I was looking for a great protein shake that didn't contain soy. I am so happy with this rice protein shake. I mix it with 8oz milk and it tastes great. It's not gritty

I put this in my smoothie everyday and it gives me such a natural energy I have given up drinking coffee for that "pick me up". I have also put aside my daily vitamins, (plus some), for this has almost 100% daily value of vitamins. To boot its completely gluten-soy-dairy free. Highly recommended.

Nothing bad to say about it...tastes great and allergen free. Can not beat the price, wish it came in a larger container. Have tried many others including Hemp from Trader Joes, this is the best tasting quality product you see in the health food stores for less.
