Twinlab Male Fuel Energy is a scientifically advanced male formula with standardized yohimbe bark extract and arginine. It helps enhance blood flow and energy.Yohimbine has been traditionally used to promote healthy sexual function and ehance blood flow.
Yohimbe is the name of an evergreen tree that is found in Zaire, Cameroon, and Gabon. The bark of yohimbe contains a chemical called yohimbine, which is used to make medicine.
Yohimbe is used to arouse sexual excitement, for erectile dysfunction (ED), sexual problems caused by medications for depression called selective-serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), and general sexual problems in both men and women. It is also used for athletic performance, weight loss, exhaustion, chest pain, high blood pressure, low blood pressure that occurs when standing up, diabetic nerve pain, and for depression along with certain other medications.
How does it work?
Yohimbe contains a chemical called yohimbine which can increase blood flow and nerve impulses to the penis or vagina. It also helps counteract the sexual side effects of certain medications used for depression.

Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement for men, take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules during the day time and another 3 capsules 60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. Taking more than the recommended amount will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions listed in the warning below. Begin use with half the recommended dosage (3 capsules daily) to assess your tolerance. Also follow a low cholesterol and low animal fat diet and exercise program daily. WarningsNot for use by children, geriatric patients or females. This product contains yohimbe bark extract, which contains yohimbine. Do not use this product if you are at risk or being treated for high blood pressure, heart, kidney, thyroid or psychiatric disease, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder or stroke. Consult your health care professional before use if taking antidepressants, MAO inhibitor or any other prescription drug. Discontinue use and consult your health care professional if dizziness, sleeplessness, tremors, nervousness, headache or heart palpitations occur. Discontinue use of this product at least two weeks prior to any surgery. Unless recommended by a health care professional, not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

I was somewhat disappointed with the results of this product. It's expensive and I can find the same ingredients in other less expensive vitamin forms.
