I was using expensive sotto pellets and they worked good once. However, I tried the Pellets two more times at $350.00 a treatment because they increased by $50.00 and decided this isn't working and it's too expensive. I wanted something all natural and tried several other all natural supplements including this one and discovered out of everything that I tried this one worked for me. I started taking two at dinner time and then decided to combine it with "Now Menopause Support". I combined the two becuase I didn't want to take the chance of any sypmtoms coming back. I no longer have any menopausal symptons at all. I have turned my friends on to it and they love it. I used to have leg cramps real bad, along with the uncontrolled weight gain, while losing my hair. Now everything is getting back to normal. I'm fitting my clothes again, no more fanning when everyone else is cold, and my mood is back to my old jovial self. The hair is another story though.
