Twinlab LPP Regular Hydrolyzed Collagen Protein contains predigested whey protein, a source of high quality amino acids with B-complex vitamins. The protein used in Twinlab LPP Regular Hydrolyzed Collagen Protein is hydrolyzed collagen and whey (lactalbumin) protein and is therefore utilized 100%. Twinlab LPP Regular Hydrolyzed Collagen Protein contains all the essential amino acids derived by enzymatically hydrolyzing the animal protein collagen and whey protein (lactalbumin). The amino acids in Twinlab LPP Regular Hydrolyzed Collagen Protein are naturally present in the protein. They are not added or manufactured. Twinlab LPP Regular Hydrolyzed Collagen Protein contains no sugar, carbohydrates, fats, or saccharin.

I am not sure the quality of this as far as how well it benefits the body- however this has to be the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted in my life. I am accustomed to some bad tasting things on a regular basis that I take for health reasons. However I couldn't even stomach this, it literally made my stomach hurt.

Tastes terrible but can be mixed in fruit juices. Immediate source of essential amino acids post work out with greater than 90% predigested bioavailability.

This product is absolutely wonderful!! 1 spoonful in morning & 1 at night...I noticed a difference in my skin, hair, nails.. I drink half bottle water after each dose..If you workout in morning take after helps with muscles.. Great product & price!!
