I have been using this produce for over a monh and have seen no impact. I do not feel any appetite control at all.

I tried taking Hoodia-24 for two weeks and felt that it did not suppress my appetite at all.

I used this for only a week or two but I felt no appetite suppression whatsoever. Maybe if I had stuck it out for a month or so maybe it would have kicked in? Not sure. I have read reviews of others who say it has really helped them. I am just not motivated to taking pills throughout the day before meals because of my work schedule and eating schedule- I just end up being too inconsistent. So I would not say that you shouldn't try it because it may work for some; but no results for me.
