Suggested Use
Massage 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cream twice daily into smooth skin areas, such as wrists, inner arms or thighs, throat, abdomen or chest. This progesterone cream has a nice scent, is creamy yet absorbs easily into your skin. I like the fact that it contains pharmaceutical grade progesterone. It has really worked for me! Last, but certainly not least, it is so affordable.

This natural progesterone cream is a winner. Other products I have tried from health food stores didn't make me feel better ,but this one helps.

I tried 4 different kinds of Progesterone creams and compares to others this cream is ok. It is reasonably priced and does not have a strong order like some other progesterone creams, however it is thick and oily. I could not continue taking it because I was bothered by the oily residue on my skin, which I personally dislike. I cannot comment n the effect because I removed it pretty quickly due to that but if you don't mind the oiliness it may work for you.
