This has worked for my husband twice to avoid a cold setting in and/or get rid of it. I usually give him 3 tablets according to the directions, it ends up being 18 tablets a day for like 5 days or so. Lots of good immune stuff in here. Easy to take formula

Best product on the market I've found for temporarily strengthening the immune system. Though it seems to depress my energy level. Also nearly as good is Rainbow Light's Get Well Soon. It gives me an energy boost but if I feel I'm headed for a cold or the flu, I grab Wellness Formula.
