Whenever I feel something coming on, I start taking 3 of these every few hours. Every time, it keeps whatever it is from coming on. Can't explain it, but it works great.

We start taking these caps the minute we feel like we are coming down with something. I have shared this with friends and they claim also that it shortened they cold or flu duration. The cost is very low for what you are getting.

I work in child care and am constantly on the verge of getting a cold. Every time I would start to get sick I would start taking these and would knock the cold out. Unfortunately after using the product off and on for a few months, something started bothering me, major stomach issues within an hour of taking them.
