Excellent product at a great price. The magnesium absorption rate is very high and it is gentle on the stomach. I have relieved some issues based on magnesium depletion very nicely on this product. Highly recommended!

One of the few products i have been faithful to for years. The magnesium is in several forms in this product and they are the most absorbable forms. I take one in a.m. and one in p.m.

This magnesium works really well--however I can't give it 5 stars due to the size of the tablet. I really wish the company would make the same formulation in smaller size or even better capsules or a powder that I could mix with juice. It is difficult to swallow!

I need more magnesium than most people, so I take this with a cal/mag supplement and food to maximize absorption.

I take a lot of calcium and recently learned that I was probably magnesium deficient. (Calcium and magnesium work together to make muscles contract and relax, respectively.) Many of the magnesium products on the market are compounds that amplify magnesium's unfortunate effect on one's bowels. This one has magnesium chelated (attached) to five different biochemicals occurring naturally in muscles (citric acid cycle intermediates). This seems to ameliorate negative GI effects, at least for me.
The only negative I can report so far is that the pill is enormous. I normally do not have trouble taking pills, but this one often gets stuck and I need a large bite of food to get it down. I will, however, continue to use this product because I believe its composition is better than the other magnesium compounds I've tried.
